Aubree Stuart is the founder of Kauai Property Consulting and an Owner’s Representative and Project Manager with more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Over the past decade, she has been building her life here on Kauaʻi and after more than 11 years at a Colorado-based firm — including as a managing partner — Aubree is bringing her practice closer to home. She now brings the depth of her mainland experience together with the local knowledge that only comes from years of living and working on Kauaʻi.

Aubree’s career spans a diverse range of project types — including K–12 and higher education, municipal and emergency services facilities, and commercial and retail — with projects ranging from $66K solar installations to $69M district bond programs, consistently delivering results through careful budget and schedule oversight, proactive stakeholder management, and meticulous attention to detail.

She is a LEED Green Associate and holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.

When she’s not managing projects, you’ll find Aubree at the beach or camping with her family, riding bikes with her son, or working in the garden. She’s passionate about Kauaʻi — its community, its land, and the people who choose to build their lives here.
