Aubree Stuart is the founder of Kauai Property Consulting with more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry as an Owner’s Representative and Project Manager. Over the past decade, she has been building her life here on Kauai and after more than 11 years as Operations Manager and partner at a Colorado-based firm, Aubree is bringing her work closer to home. She now brings the depth of her mainland experience together with the local knowledge that only comes from years of living and working on Kauai.

Aubree’s career spans a diverse range of project types including K–12 and higher education, municipal and emergency services facilities, and commercial and retail with projects ranging from $66K solar installations to $69M district bond programs. She is a LEED Green Associate and holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.

When she’s not managing projects, you’ll find Aubree at the beach or camping with her family, riding bikes with her son, or working in the garden. She’s passionate about Kauai — its community, its land, and the people who choose to build their lives here.
